Heads up, boyos.

I'll be out of town and unable to see the game tomorrow (and neither will anyone else, really), but three points to keep in mind:

  • Swindle saying on the radio last week (I think) that "Sylvester Croom exists to get other coaches fired."
  • Most Tennessee fans I know carry a strong but abstract sense that the Vols are a psych-able team. But for The Season That Shall Not Be Mentioned, Ever, they tend to come through when everyone who matters has discounted them. Conversely, there's a pattern of lapses after significant wins. I've never thought to quantify this, but Inside Tennessee has, via RTT, and...eep.
  • But we'll see if we're onto something here, and SMQ's assessment is right on, as ever: "If Tennessee actually found something sustainable last week, it's lights out." Here's hoping.

Well we won. It's hard to tell how we played just listening to the game on something called a "radio." What is this, 19 fuckin' 35? Where my movin' pitchers at?

get back in town. i need you to tell me how the idiots who vote and make up the polls could have the stupidity to place motherfucking Ohio State as number 1!!!!
grrrr. michigan state better rape them next week. if i have to see ohio state in a national champ game i'll never watch it again. jesus. when will they learn their lesson. playin troy, akron, and kent state does not i repeat DOES NOT constitute number one. ever. now we sit back and wait for the bcs rankings. if they mimic the AP i will go on a rampage.

on a lighter note they realized our vawls are better then UGA. thank god for small insights.
