I've had the same job since I moved to LA, and today marks the one-year anniversary, sort of, of my assignment to my current project. I kind of hit the wall for the first time last week on the drive in, wanting very very much for the first time to veer onto the PCH in either direction and bolt. I can't talk about it here, but I imagine I'll have a lot to think about on a certain other site this weekend.

For now, I'm just going to think about these.
Mike's Hard Lemonade w00t!

Posted by: kleph at April 4, 2008 05:02 PMhmm... now i'm thinking pacifico due to the edge of the box there on the right.
Posted by: kleph at April 4, 2008 05:06 PMSpeaking of hitting the wall, the Pamcenko quote below made me want to cry and then stare listlessly at the wall for four hours. Is not right without you.
Posted by: j at April 4, 2008 05:07 PMPacifico, y'all ingrates.
Posted by: Stella at April 4, 2008 05:10 PMI'm sawwwwry! It was supposed to make up for I Guess This Is Goodbye.
Posted by: Holly at April 4, 2008 05:12 PMJust for the record, that was a joke.
Posted by: Alex at April 4, 2008 06:24 PMwho cares as log as its cold. save one for me next time in LA!
Posted by: Paragon SC at April 4, 2008 06:26 PMahh, pacifico. wonderful little beer. one problem on ice though, when the labels shuck off due to being in the water too long they smell like the front of your car after hitting a skunk the night before.
Posted by: kleph at April 4, 2008 06:30 PMAll right, I give, what's the acronym?
Posted by: Shea at April 4, 2008 09:27 PMIf you do the PCH, definitely go north. Drive up the coast on 1 and don't stop until you get to Monterrey.
You're welcome in advance.
Posted by: Kanu at April 5, 2008 08:11 PMI did the whole thing in October of '06 when I was moving here (well, Seattle straight down, then inland to Santa Clara), but I've since lost all the pictures. Did the rest of it on the way back from our Berkeley excursion last fall. It's way up there on my list for a repeat trip.
